SHIPPING INFORMATION

Goods can only be shipped to the countries and areas listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD, GLS or a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you require shipping to another country, please write us an email (support[@]pl-concepts.com) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

No shipping to packing or pickup stations and parcel shops.

INFORMATION ON THE CALCULATION OF THE DELIVERY TIME

The delivery period begins on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. We are entitled to make partial deliveries. The delivery times do not change for partial deliveries and no additional shipping costs are incurred.

Germany: 2-4 working days
The delivery time to all other countries listed above is: 2-8 working days

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description. Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected: Credit card (VISA Card, Master Card, American Express), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay und Shop Pay.

Payment by PayPal: PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. You will be automatically redirected to our partner PayPal. There you can log into your PayPal account or open a new PayPal account and authorize the payment.

Payment via Shopify Payments: On this website, one or more online payment methods from the following provider are available: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.

Payment by credit card (VISA Card, Master Card, American Express), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay is processed through Shopify Payments.

The individual payment methods offered through Shopify will be communicated at checkout.
